This is a vintage Shouya(soy sauce)and Miso Nishi made in 1922 and 1927.
Miso is a traditional Japanese food produced by fermenting rice, barley and/or soybeans, with salt and the mold kōjikin.It lookes like records of selling and buying on Miso and Shouyu,though most of them are illegible because they are not modern language. Calligraphic writing on washi(Japanese paper),tasteful,vintage item!
