He is a very famous historian or researcher on Ninja,Ninjutsu,Ninpo together with Yumio Nawa here in Japan. He was born in Ueno Ciy in1911( Meiji44)He gratuated from Waseda University,which is one of the most famous universites together with Tokyo University or Keio University.After that he worked for Manshutetsudo and retired from the company because the war came to an end.He came back to his hometown after the war and worked for manicipal office. Moreover,he served as the mayor of Ueno City for two terms-from Showa 44(1969)-to Showa 52(1977) and has tried to build a famous Ninja House.Many people visit it from Japan and from abroad. He is famous as a Ninjutsu researcher and published a lot of Ninja books
